Site

Web Site Information

  • Site Name: name of your site, this will change the site name that is in your footer for your website as well as the browser title.
  • Home Page: changing this will change where your CMS thinks your site is.
  • Redirect: Redirect all visits to http://yourwebsite.com to http://www.yourwebsite.com. Please note that this is great for SEO, but not if you are using subdomains.
  • Syndicate: If you are using the Ekklesia 360 product, this controls whether your sermon information is automatically published to sermoncloud.com and whether your church information is published to churchcloud.com.
  • E-mail Address: default email address where notifications and other system emails are sent too. 
  • Timezone: controls your site's timezone, affects how date specific content is displayed. 

More Information

  • Site Logo: If you don't set an image for your podcast, your site logo will be used.
  • 404 Error Page: Page users are directed to if they try to navigate to a page on your site that does not exist. This is set to your home page by default.

E-Commerce

  • Gateway: available gateway options to be used with the CMS.
  • Customer Service Email: confirmation of payments completed through your website will be sent to this address.
  • Custom Service Phone Number: this number will be displayed if there are any problems completing an order on your site. 
  • Site Currency: only supported by Paypal Standard
  • Charge Tax: global setting controlling whether tax is charged to your users.
  • Manage Suppliers: global setting controlling what type of suppliers are available. 
  • Handling Charge:  a flat fee that will be applied all product purchases as a handling charge.
  • DRM Files: only applies if digital downloads have been configured for your site. Applies "Digital Rights Management" to your files. 
  • Show Credit Cards in CSV: controls whether credit card numbers are displayed in the sales export.
  • Payment Types Accepted:  check off payment options that you will be accepting through your payment gateway.
  • Credit Card Authorize / Capture Behavior: auto-capture means that orders are immediately approved and run. Authorization-only requires the user to explicitly approve each transaction before the transaction is complete.
  • Allow Donations During Checkout: gives a site the ability to add a box to prompt for donations during product purchase.
  • Event RSVP: checkbox must be selected in order for registration to be enabled for events. 
  • Purchase Response Text: displayed to the user after a completed product purchase.
  • Donation Response Text: displayed to the user after a completed donation.
  • RSVP Response Test: displayed to the user after completing RSVP for an event.

Me Page

These settings are used for sites using our custom social network /me/ pages. (Note: not all sites are built with this feature.)

  • Default privacy setting: sets who can see new accounts when they are first created. Users can override this setting.
  • Galleries per member: sets how many galleries each member can create.
  • Images per gallery: sets how many images users can add to each gallery.
