Adding information here may not display on your site but it will include you on The Cloud Network.
MANAGE CHURCHES
List View
Note: you may not see the list view if your site is only configured for one church.
- Find: Begin typing the name of the content you would like to find and the system will perform a search. NOTE: Do not click the enter key as you type. This will remove the Search terms.
- Sort Function: When scrolling over the top of the list, the Heading turns dark and an Arrow appears next to the Heading. Once you see the Arrow, simply click the Heading to Sort the List in alpha-numeric order. Click again for a reverse order of the list.
- Edit Selected: To change the Publish Status or to Delete selected items, click the check boxes to the left of each item. When the boxes are checked, the "Edit Selected" button will turn on next to the Add button. Click "Edit Selected" to change Status or Delete.
- Edit Content: To edit your content, click the underlined words that are in a different color. When scrolling over the words, a pencil icon will appear and the row will change to a light orange.
Add a Church
- Church Name: The full name of the church. This will be searchable on Church Cloud.
- Pastor: The main pastor of the church. Click the plus to add a new pastor.
- Denomination: Choose a denomination or click the plus to add a new one.
- Worship Style: Chose a worship style or click the plus to add a new one.
- Ave. Weekly Attendance: Average combined attendance at your weekly gathering.
- Street: The street address of the location
- Country: The country must be selected before the city is available.
- Zip: If United States is the country, enter the zip code and then choose from the available cities.
- City: If outside the United States, select the name of the city from the list.
- Postal Code: If outside the United States, enter the Postal Code.
- New Cities: If your city is not found for the country or zip code, click the link to add a new city and enter the city name. If the city can be found by Google Maps, the new city and/or zip code will be added. If not a warning message will be given. Contact support if you believe there is an error.
- Postal Address: If mailing address is different than the worship address, enter it here.
- Church E-mail: An email address to reach the church.
- Website: The website for the church.
- Telephone: Main telephone number for the church.
- Church Logo: An Image to represent the church. Should be smaller than 400x400.
- Service Times: Service start times for up to six services.
- Description: A detailed description of the church.
- Statements of faith: We ask that agree to both of these statements to be included in The Cloud Network.
