Manage Pages

List View

  • Find: Begin typing the name of the content you would like to find and the system will perform a search. NOTE: Do not click the enter key as you type. This will remove the Search terms.
  • Sort Function: When scrolling over the top of the list, the Heading turns dark and an Arrow appears next to the Heading. Once you see the Arrow, simply click the Heading to Sort the List in alpha-numeric order. Click again for a reverse order of the list.
  • Edit Selected: To change the Publish Status or to Delete selected items, click the check boxes to the left of each item. When the boxes are checked, the "Edit Selected" button will turn on next to the Add button. Click "Edit Selected" to change Status or Delete.
  • Edit Content: To edit your content, click the underlined words that are in a different color. When scrolling over the words, a pencil icon will appear and the row will change to a light orange.

Add a New Page

  • Title: This will be the title of the page. It will appear at the top of the content area of the page, in the browsers title bar and will be used to create the URL (address).
  • Description: A brief description of the page.
  • Content: The Description will be displayed in the main content area of the page. NOTE: See WYSIWYG Editor for detailed instruction on using the WYSIWYG.
  • Show in Navigation: If checked, this page will be added to the site's main navigation.
  • Location: Decides the place in the navigation. For items shown in navigation, after saving, it can only be moved from the navigation manager.
  • Header Image: Depending on your implimentation, this will be the
  • Template: The default is the Booklist Template, but you may choose to display your Booklist using another Page Template.

Preview Page

This shows a preview of your content as it would show up on your live site.

Manage Navigation

  • Pos: The position of the nav item.
  • Navigation Label: The name that users will see, does not have to match the actual page name.
  • Page Name: The page the user will be taken to. If set to none the link will be disabled. Certain other types of content can also be linked to such as Sermons, Books, Products, Articles and Blogs.
  • Controls: The green plus will add a new nav item below the current one. The up and down arrows will move the position of the nav item up or down. The left and right arrows will indent our outdent the nav item. Items should not be more then one level to the left or right of the above item. There is a maximum of five levels.
  • Operations: The Pencil icon will allow you to edit the Position, Navigation Label and the Page Name. The Trash Can icon will allow you to delete the Navigation item. NOTE: Deleting the Navigation item only removes it from the Navigation, it does not delete the page from the Page Manager.
