Notifications

The notifications tab is where you will go to create or edit push notifications that will be sent out. You can find this under Connect < Notifications and you should see something like this:

 

To create new notifications, you will need to select the Add A New Notification button in the top right on this screen. This will bring you to a page like the one below to create your notification.

 

 

Subject: You will want to enter the subject of the notification in this field.

Notification Types: You will want to make sure this is check to send out a push notification.

Title: You will want to enter the title of the push notification in this field.

Message: You will need to enter any message you would like to send out with this push notification in this field.

Image: If you would like to include an image with this notification you will add the image in this field. You are able to use an image from your Media or upload one directly from your computer. This image will need to be 192 x 192 px.

Link: If you would like this notification to send users to a specific page on your site you can link that here.

Send To Segments: In this field you will need to select which segments you wish to send this notification to.

Send Date/Time: In this field you will schedule when this notification needs to be sent. If you wish to send this immediately set the date or time to a past time or date.

 

You are also able to send a push notification on any Publish screen like seen below:
