Creating Tables

The WYSIWYG allows for Table creation through the Table Menu item and Table Button.

Create a Table

  1. Click the Table Button
  2. Roll over Insert a Table
  3. Highlight the number of cells you want in your Table
    *You can add or delete cells at a later date if needed

Edit a Table

Your site will automatically style your table appropriately for your sites table properties based on the formatting you choose.

Sizes

You can change Table, Row, and Column size with the WYSIWYG

Table:

      1. Select the entire Table with your cursor
      2. Click the Table Button
      3. Click Table Properties
      4. Here you can edit: Width, Height, Cell spacing and padding, etc.
      5. Click okay once you have entered the desired information

Cell/Column:

      1. Select the desired Cell
      2. Click the Table Button
      3. Roll over Cell
      4. Click Cell Properties
      5. Here you can edit: Width, Height, Cell type (Header or Cell), etc.
      6. You can give a width/height a percentage as well as a pixel size (EX: 50%, 10px)
      7. Click okay once you have entered the desired information

Row:

      1. Select the desired Row(s) or Column(s)
      2. Click the Table Button
      3. Roll over Row
      4. Click Row Properties
      5. Here you can edit: Row type (Header, Body Footer) to change location or Row, Alignment, Height
      6. Click okay once you have entered the desired information

Formatting

Formats Menu allows you to edit styling for Text within the Table

Header 1
Header 2
Header 4
Header 5
Header 6
Inline
Bold
Italic
Underline
Strikethrough
Superscript
Subscript
Code (html, to embed video etc.)
Blocks
Paragraph
Blockquote
Div
Pre
Superscript
Alignment
Left
Center
Right
Justify

Header
To apply the Header styling to your Table

      1. Select the Header Row
      2. Click on Table Button
      3. Roll over Cell
      4. Click Cell Properties
      5. You will then edit the Cell Type to Header
