How can I accept orders only from within the US?

While it's not possible at this time to literally block a purchase from an account managed outside North America, you can make it clear that you do not wish to accept international orders by having the following information in place.

  1. Make it clear to users in your store pages that you cannot serve customers outside your chosen regions.
  2. Set up a Shipping Method for your products called "United States & Canada", or something similar. If this is the only Shipping Method available, users should have a clear understanding that the purchase they may be trying to make will not be shipped to them. See more about Shipping Methods.
