How to Enable Third-Party Cookies

Ekklesia 360 uses cookies to store data used for logging in. If you are experiencing difficulties logging in or entering a password protected page, it could be due to the blocking of third-party cookies in your browser. Here is how to enable third-party cookies in most modern browsers.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer 11 (PC)

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click the Tools/Settings cog at the top right of the browser
  • Select Internet Options
  • Select the Privacy tab
  • Select Advanced and make sure Accept is selected for both First-Party and Third-Party Cookies

If you would prefer to keep most Third-Party cookies blocked you can select block for Third-party cookies, click Ok, then click Sites next to the Advanced button.

You can then set the sites below to Allow. Unwanted Third-Party cookies will be blocked but those necessary to use Ekklesia 360 will be allowed.

Mozilla Firefox

Mozilla Firefox v56 (MAC & PC)

  • Open Firefox
  • Click the menu button at the top right
  • Mac users select Preferences | PC users select Options
  • Select Privacy & Security in the menu on the left and look to the History section
  • Select Use custom settings for history in the drop-down menu
  • Make sure Accept cookies for websites is checked and Accept third-party cookies is set to Always

The Exceptions... button can be used if you want to block cookies but still want to accept cookies for use in Ekklesia 360. Simply Allow my.ekklesia360.com and monkid.com

Safari

Safari v11 (MAC)

  • Click the Safari dropdown at the top left of the menu bar next to the Apple logo
  • Select Preference...
  • Select the Privacy tab
  • Generally the setting Allow from websites I visit should work but if you are still having issues select Always Allow

Google Chrome

Google Chrome v62 (Mac & PC)

  • Open Google Chrome
  • Click the 3-dot menu at the top right
  • Select Settings
  • Scroll down and click Advanced
  • Under the Privacy and security section select Content Settings
  • Select Cookies
  • Make sure cookies are enabled and the setting says Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)
  • Make sure Block third-party cookies is disabled

If you would like to keep most third-party cookies blocked you can enable the blocking of third-party cookies then add the sites to the Allow section below.
