Upload hangs up or times out

If when uploading a file, the progress hangs up or times out, please try again and/or use these other methods:

  • Try the Basic Uploader (a link in the Upload tab).
  • Try using uploading via Bulk Media (recommended for larger files over 30 MB).
  • Test your connection by clearing your browser cache.
